Great place to live but if they have kids they should be careful because there are fire ant hills everywhere.

It is close to work. The office staff members are very supportive and responsive to any issues.

I would tell them that it is quiet and that the apartment staff is very friendly and helpful. My move to Twin Oaks was very smooth.

I like this area very much its like another city within the city. Its nice looking and clean and very beautiful landscaping.

I have lived at twin oaks for over 3 years. I would recommend it to anyone. It is quiet, there is plenty of parking, and everyone who works there is polite and helpful, especially Al and Mike. I have had very few maintenence issues, but on the occasion when one arises, it is dealt with in a timely manner and the office staff call to ensure that the problem has be taken care of properly. Twin Oaks is not perfect, but it is close and overall the best apartment community that I have lived in.

I would tell them that they would truly love Twin Oaks, best apartment home I have ever lived in. Beautiful and scenic surroundings, with OUTSTANDING MANAGEMENT!!!

I like my apartment overall and am glad I chose to stay here, but I do not think the grounds are being taken as well as they should. There is a real red-ant problem and the doggie stations have never been filled with baggies. I would have given a higher rating for the overall helpfulness of staff (e.g., the office staff is good), but I think that the maintenance staff is a bit lacking. Also, some of the buildings are in disrepair (like siding is coming off) and I think this should be taken care of.

I like living here because the neighborhood is safe and quiet. However, I have been inquiring about getting the buildings pressure washed since I moved here in November of last year and it has not been done yet.

I am very comfortable living at Twin Oaks at Southwood. I love the location of my particular apartment. The management, especially Mike and Al, are always helpful and make sure any problems are expedited and properly handled.

I would tell them it's affordable living in the Southwood area.

Apartments are spacious. Location is wonderful.

Its nice to be away from town and have the quit, new, and clean atmosphere of southwood and the surrounding areas. Really nice golf course.

Its a good place to live. I have personally never experienced any problems and when concerns do arise; managment has always been responsive.
